Daisy Delight Mini-Bouquet and Cards

I just love Stampin'Up! Daisy Delight bundle.  I always loved seeing those flower pens and thought it would be fun to make them with this bundle.

I made these for my sons Kindergarten teacher. I am so excited for my youngest, Matthew, to attend all day Kindergarten! It was so cute seeing him give his teacher Ms. Costa the bouquet and cards!

The trick with these pens was to figure out how to attach the flower punch to the pen.  Here's how I did it!

First I cut a 1.25"x1.25"square and then wrapped it around the pen top.

Next I used the tombow glue and glued the wrapped shaped square to the back of the punched flower. Then I let dry for awhile.  Then I added a couple of glue dots to the pen top and pushed it in the dry wrapped square.

Then I added some tear n tape around the wrapped square.
Next I added the green floral tape and wrapped from top to bottom.
Then I used tear n tape on some leaves and placed on pen. The leaves are from the May Flower frame-lits set.  Then I wrapped more floral tape on.

You Move Me Thanks

I have a fabulous Aunt who sends my kids and I fun birthday cards, Halloween cards and Valentine's Day cards. I decided that the new You Move Me bundle would make the perfect card to Thank her for her kindness.

I used the colors Night of Navy and Dapper Denim. The hummingbird wings look so cute as they flutter when you slowly pull out the card. The Island Indigo ombre ribbon coordinates well too! I love all of Stamp in' Up's new ombre ribbons!

Floral Thanks

I absolutely love Stampin' Up's new Floral Statements stamp set! It is so fun to color with watercolor pencils and makes a beautiful card!

Aren't these just gorgeous! I used the new Sheet Music background stamp too. I used sponge daubers with versamark ink and dabbed  the ink on around the leaf edges and embossed with gold embossing powder.

High Tide

This past week we had a team color challenge using Island Indigo, Soft Sky, Basic Black and Silver foil. For some strange reason the silver foil icon looked like Sahara Sand to me so I immediately thought the new High Tide stamp set would be perfect!

So as I told my fellow teammates, pretend the sand is silver foil torn up😊 Lol! I used basic black, soft sky, island Indigo and Sahara Sand for the ink. The soft sky was sponged dabbed for the sky and background for the water.  I really like this High Tide stamp set!

Cool Treats Tote

I created these fun totes for a couple of my friends. Since school's  out here in AZ I thought it would be fun to use the Cool Treats Bundle. I was inspired by a tote with cards that Becky Roberts gave me at Inking Idaho on the Road.

I had so much fun playing and creating with the Cool Treats bundle from the Stampin' Up! Occasions    catalog. Aren't they adorable. I made 4   3x3 cards with envelopes to place in the tote. For the cardstock I used Whisper White, Peek-a-booPeach, and Watermelon Wonder. I'm sad to see Watermelon Wonder go. For the dsp I used the Tasty Treats Specialty paper. In addition to the Cool Treats stamps, I also used sentiments from theA Things Thanks set. These cards look so yummy!

Daisy Delight Bundle

Here's a sneak peek of the Daisy Delight Bundle in the new 2017-2018 annual catalog.  It is such a fun bundle to play with.

I cased this card from our Stampin' Up! Succeed weekly email.  Our team Inking Everything had a weekly challenge using the colors Peek a boo peach, Pool party, Crumb cake and very vanilla. For the  daisy, I stamped and punched 2 of the daisy images and then glued them together. I can't wait to create more with this new bundle.

Teacher Appreciation Week

It's teacher appreciation week and I thought April's Paper Pumpkin would be perfect to use. I loved the watercoloring with the cards and it was very easy to use and create.

Here are 2 of the cards I made for my son Jaden's teachers. These were made from April's paper pumpkin kit. Aren't they awesome! They work for male and female teachers.

I used the envelope punchboard to create the bigger cucumber crush envelope. I also used the Special Reason stamp set  for the flowers and embossed them with White embossing powder.
